AfMA and AFLA were the first two organizations to come together under the umbrella of the Global Fleet Consortium, which now also includes the Asociación Méxicana de Arrendadoras de Vehículos (AMAV) of Mexico, the China Road Transport Association and the Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO), a U.K. fleet association.
“One of the core tenants of our global partnership is to share knowledge and best practices between countries, and these presentations give us the opportunity to do just that,” said Bill Elliott, AFLA’s executive director. He continued, “Many of the folks who were at AFLA’s 2018 Conference continue to tell me about how much they enjoyed our global session, even though they don’t necessarily have global responsibilities. We’re excited to have the same opportunity to discuss the American fleet marketplace in the Australasian region.”
